Lost Property

Our aim is to ensure  lost property is returned to the rightful owner as quickly as possible. 

We have our own computer system where we record all items handed to us in as much detail as possible. So if you provide us with the information we can check the system.

To identify your property we need specific information

 Mobile phones - IMEI numbers, or screen saver details/ network providers. We cant just work on a Blue Iphone / Samsung!!!

Passports - Full Name and Date of Birth

Jewellery - Unique features

Earpods - device name (what you have labelled it as)

Should we identify any addresses within found property, we will write to the address informing you we have your property.

All property is returned 1st Class Royal Mail recorded delivery but we ask you to cover the price of this. (Special Delivery can be arranged at additional charges)

We use Paypal.me/waveslostproperty  to receive payment, this provides us with a quick payment method, thus speeding up the returns process.

**Please allow 24hours post event for emails to be responded to. We are based in the Midlands, so leave site on the conclusion of the event and have to set up again at base, before we can respond to your emails.
